Terms of Service

These terms cover Doodle Icons and Doodle Icons Pro, made by Oreo Design (“we”, “us”). By downloading the free icons or buying Pro, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What Pro includes

• 551+ Pro icons available today, in addition to the free set.
• Every new batch we publish on the way to 1,500 icons, at no extra cost.
• Animated and static SVG files and React components, delivered as a download.

Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no renewal. The founding price of $39 applies to the first 100 orders; after that the price is $69.

License

Each Pro purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:

• Use the icons in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work.
• Modify, recolor and resize the icons inside those projects.

You may not:

• Resell, share or redistribute the icon files themselves, as-is or modified.
• Include the icons in a product whose main purpose is to offer icons, such as an icon pack, font, template marketplace or design asset library.
• Share your download link or license key with others.

The free icons are released under the MIT license in our public repository.

Delivery and updates

After payment you receive an email with a download link. Your order ID works as your license key and lets you download the latest version again at any time.

Liability

The icons are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
